The Web Based Training (WBT) Courses sets the table for the users, reducing anxiety around the change.  It allows them to get familiar with how the RBG-100 will work, the role it plays in relation to their jobs and it's many benefits.

The simulation exercises enable the user to practice transactions with the actual software screens they will be using. This is great practice.  It also relieves a lot of the stress as there is comfort in having seen how the new software and hardware work.
